Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Alex, and I am a counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals through their own unique life journeys. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and compassionate space to explore their feelings, gain insight, and heal.

I work with clients to navigate a range of challenges from stress and anxiety to relationship difficulties and personal growth. I work from a person-centered approach built around empathy, trust, respect, and collaboration.
